I have a customer that needs me to modify some settings in thier Adix, unfortunately, my programmer only goes back to 7.0 and they are running 6.3. although I am an Iwatsu certified tech (from a previous employer) Iwatsu will not provide it to me because we are not iwatsu dealers. We are Inter-tel, Mitel and Samsung Dealers. does anyone know where I can get the version 6.3 programmer.

Are you using the DOS programmer?
The version 3.2.9 Windows-based programmer will connect with software versions 6.0 thru 8.15.
Best bet is to hook up with an Iwatsu dealer somewhere.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
