:bang:
Hi all, I'm new to this forum!
I'm the network admin here at work and my boss wants me to figure out how to change the outgoing caller id number when calls are made.
I'm only mildly familiar with the Iwatsu ECS. I do have experience with other phone systems (mostly asterisk). I've looked through the programming guide but couldn't find what I was looking for. We don't have enough work to hire an Iwatsu professional, so I need to figure out how to do this on my own.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Where would I look to change the caller id of outgoing calls?
I'm using the Iwatsu ECS 5.0.3461
Thanks!

I believe you can only override CNIS on a PRI and the carrier has to allow it.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
