We have an adix system. We currently are using a separate LD T1 for all of our long distance calling needs. We are switching this to use our local PRI for all outbound calling. However i can not find where that change can be made? What "form" should that routing be located on?
thanks Z

Class 17 is Optimized Routing. It would seem your programmer is configured for a level somewhat below installer.

Sorry for the delay been trying to figure this out.
I think you are correct the level i am at is different than what it should be. How do i go about changing my level. Note that we have not had support on this system for a while now and noone seems to know anything about the system. I suspect the passwords are defaulted but have no clue where to start to find out what those are.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok the plot thickens. In class 17 everything seems to be routing to the same route table and route step. Could everything be going out the LD T instead of the local lines? How can i tell for sure?

In Class 17, any routing that is programmed in Office Codes will indicate how local calls are routing. Anything in the Area Codes sections shows how calls to specific area codes are routed.

yeah i wonder if all calls are being pushed out via the T1 versus the POTS lines. Is there a way to tell which route table is the T1 and which are the pots lines?

Your POTS lines should all be in their own outgoing hunt group (Class 11.38) and your T1 trunks should be in another, distinct hunt group. Once you know which lines are in which group, you should be able to decode the tables in Class 17
