Hello!

The organization I'm helping out at the moment has just moved into a former public school building, and there is an ADIX system installed.
I have found the tech guide, and have managed to get most of the basics up and running (system has 2x 408 cards, 1x 8PSUB card, and 1x 8PSUB-1 card).

I have configured caller ID and a few basics through the main telephone, but this is _super_ time consuming for things such as creating a new layout for the attendant console.

I have the proper cables and adapters for the serial port on the CPU card, but I do not have the software. I also have no idea what version of the software the CPU/MEM card is running- it appears that the label has faded.

I have photos of the CPU and MEM cards here:

Does anyone have any information or the pc programmer for this card?

Thanks!
Tyler

Judging from the lot numbers on the CPU and MEMM card, your software is a 6.0 or maybe 6.1 .

When you enter programming from the KT, the software version might even show up in the display before you select your first programming class. I haven't programmed with a KT in a few years, so I can't specifically say which versions show up, but earlier versions did, and I'm guessing it still flashes before you select your first programming item.

As for the programmer software, it's Iwatsu proprietary stuff, so the only legitimate place to get it is from a dealer.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Excellent, I'll go through the programming menu again and see if I can get it to show me the version number.

Apparently we had a power outage the other day, and all my programming (callerID, ring groups, paging) is lost because the onboard battery didn't have charge to it...

Can you recommend any dealers that could get us the programmer software?

At this point, I've spent about 40 hours getting the system up and running (when I found it, the wiring was in dismal shape... everything was torn apart) and now with the programming lost, I'm not too eager to do it all again from a KT.

Thanks for your reply!

If you contact Iwatsu I am sure they can give you the name of a dealer in your area.

I think you should put a call into a dealer. The information you are asking for is beyond the information that is provided online.

You can contact Iwatsu for further help, or I see that you are in the same state as JBean;-)
