Hi All,
My Adix Auto Attendant system is setup to where the person calling hears "press 1 for information, 2 for prices, 3 to speak to someone".
When they press 3, it rings to another extension. However, the caller hears nothing while the extension is ringing. How can I make it to where the user hears a ring or something so that they know they are not disconnected?
Thanks in advance!

You can either hook up MOH, or have someone program it so the caller hears rings...

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

There is indeed.
Depends on if it's for a single station or a global thing. It's a different area for trunks forwarding to voice mail/attendant as well. Can you be a little more specific?

I have a did tn# on a PRI pointing to the vm menu in the DNIS table . The menu has transfer - blind - ext# this works but rings about 14 times before transfer to vm you can see menu here: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=A79F42E0CE174778!1974&authkey=!AG-UwYe0ijtiEbw&v=3&ithint=photo%2cpng

There are two places to check for rings before transfer. This assumes avalid mal box exists for this extension.
If EVERYBODYs phone takes 14 rings to transfer, check System> Timers for the Call Forward No Answer timer setting. 4 Seconds per ring. This is a global settiing, so it normally affects all extensions.
If just this one extension takes all day to forward, check in Stations>Call Forwarding. Any setting other than zero on the timer column means this station doesn't follow the system time and has it's own time set. If you change this timer, you have to reset the phone.

Thanks ... I had already changed class 04 item 13 ...to 12 and it was not working (i thought) my problem was that i tested this by calling in and transferring to an attendant station mailbox .. apparently there is another timer somewhere that controls attendant stations i tested this on non-attendant station and it worked
