We have the IWATSU Omega phone ADIX. System has been working without fail for seven years. However, the red lights that light up and blink to show that someone is on a line in other room will not turn off for one specific line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it a trunk line or station DSS key that is always lit?
If it's for a station, and it's blinking red, that station is in Do Not Disturb mode. Go to that phone, leave the handset in the cradle and press the HOLD button so the little light in the HOLD key goes out.
If it's a station key, and it's solid red, that station is off hook- hang up the phone.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

I currently have four complete Adix systems if you need replacement parts. I don't know much about them but two are only a year old and were networked together sharing flash voice mail and a PRI.

JBean, thank you so much. Holding the the "Hold" key down did the job. Now I just need to train my doctor not to push it randomly.
