Hi,
I'm looking for a new hotel switch. Would like it to have call accounting with enforced credit limits (when the cash deposit is exceeded the phone will automatically shut off), voice mail, wake up calls etc...
We were Comdial dealers for years but they stopped making a hotel switch and so we started dabbling with other systems. We have alot of customers who unfortunately have been turned off to Mitel because they have been burned with a bad install. We would like to take advantage of this by upgrading the people with the older systems but we need a new product.
Any suggestions?

Thank you...I did check into the Call Management System and it seemed a little pricy but I may have to re-evaluate that. Do you know if it will interface with Room Master software? Have you actively got it working in conjunction with any other PMS?

I have it integrated with three different PMS systems ,That is part of the great support, Franks FOrte before Phone Suite was call Acct. Software,He will work with you on getting the most out of you interface to the extreme of working with the PMS originator ,if my memory serves it has 4 parameters to choose ,Hobis1 Etc. The smaller 64 does not check in ,Check out through PMS you simply press a one touch button on console the 110 does, you can either use the costing provided by Phone Suite or the PMS system,I have found it is generally less expensive to use the phone Suite versus the PMS ,
