We are using the Iwatsu Omega-Phone Adix phone system. Recently we have changed to another messaging system but our old Iwatsu is picking up first. How do I disable the feature of the Iwatsu ?
Thanks in advance !!!!

Place a call to your vendor and have them remove/disable the necessary programming. Depending on how your system is set up, there may be no way you can turn it off and on from a keyset.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks again for the immediate response.
Would like to just ask this...our Iwatsu is set to pick up after four rings. Where as our new system we changed to three rings just to bypass the Iwatsu and yet the Iwatsu still bullies past and picks up. Any thoughts ?

It's a timing issue between all the systems. The Iwatsu doesn't count rings per se, but counts seconds/cycles of ring voltage. Four rings is usually around 16 seconds of incoming ringing. When programming Iwatsu systems, common practice is to separate any timers relating to ringing by at least 4 seconds to avoid overlaps. Your new system probably just figures ring time differently.
