Hi - I'm not sure what voicemail system we have but the administrator is called "Telephony Office Linx Enterprise Admin" or TOL-Vm? Just wondering if there is a way to access a different mailbox from your phone. I have the msg button that just prompts me for my password but we have a couple employees that are going to be sitting at someone else's desk during a remodel and they want to be able to access their own voicemail box. Is that possible?
Also as another question - with this specific voicemail system is there a way to set it up to email voicemail messages as attachments to user's mailboxes?
Thanks Rich

If you are calling the system from another subscriber’s telephone, you will need to return to the Auto Attendant to login. Press 0 when you are prompted for a password, and then press # at the Auto Attendant. Enter your mailbox number and login as usual. (This may need to be allowed for a particular mail box Class of Service).
The TOL can be configured to send voice messages as attachments to email. Call your vendor for hrlp with this.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
