One of my clinics has this phone system in it. I had the tech out to double check some programing since we had canceled some CO lines. The girls up front wanted to use park like they did on the other phone. The tech said you have to have a button programmed to use the park feature. He said something about digital phones weren't designed for the Park feature. Can you not dial a service code to use the park feature? I am just used to NEC I guess. Where as long as your class of service allowed you to use it. You could use a button or service code but it was available to all extensions.

There are ICM Feature codes you can dial for parking calls, picking up parked calls, etc, but it's normally reserved for analog/SLT use. Some software versions the codes were loaded by default, other versions had to be assigned.
Removing CO lines should not have affected a phone's ability to park a call.
It's waaaay easier to do with a couple of buttons programmed, though.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
