I have a new fxo I sent to a remote site. The IT person reset the password and we can't get into it anymore. He has a serial cable to see the info from the fxo but how do I get to the command prompt to reset the password.

Better call Tadiran or Audio Codec for this one. Chances are you will have to default the unit somehow.

carnes,
you can reset the default password for this FXO.If you have CD of this FXO.Then open the .ini file and put this sting (PASWORD SEQUENCE EDITTED OUT)and then save it. After uploading this file while using bootp. You can open the your FXO BOX with the username Admin and Password Admin.
PLease read rules concerning password posting in the open forum. All password info must be PM'd or emailed. This is for security reasons.
