When our system was installed we had 3 lines (8905,8906,8908) coming in. I believe 8905 equates to CO10, 8906 to CO11 and 8908 to CO12. but I don't know that for a fact. When a person outside of the company calls the 8905 numbers they are sent to the AA as expected. Acutally the only number given out is the 8905 number. We have had 3 new lines (9813,9814,9815) added today. Verizon said they will be set up to "roll" sometime later today.
Is there anything I need on my end so these "new" numbers are used for calling out an receiving calls.
The reason I ask is that we thought everyhting was ready and when we dialed the 9813 number it went directly to the operator instead of the AA. Further checking reveiled that when dialing 8905 or 8906 directly will go to the AA but 8908 will not. It goes to the Operator like the new ones. I didn't intend this to ramble but I hope it makes some sense. Any ideas?

I may have figured it out. On the B screen I went to line 007 and set the Trunk to 01 and the Hunt to 36. These match the settings for 10,11, and 12. I repeated this for lines 008 and 009.
Does that make sense?

You got it.
You wnt lines in trunk group 1, for accessing t dial out. You lso want the lines in Hunt 36 so the voicemail will answer.
Good Job!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Thanks. Sometimes when I post a question it is like locking the keys in the car. You realize what the answer is when you post much like you realize where your keys are when you close the door.
