PM board member Telcomtex. He is a dealer and has done a few medium to large systems that I am aware of. He should be able to tell you what ever you need.

What do you know about the AltiOffice2G?
We just had one put in and I'm still stumbling through learning the daily admin of it.
Using all IP710 VoIP phones. 2 (12) Trunk cards and 1 (12) analog station card for fax, conference phone, etc.

Sorry, I didn't see your post sooner. Altioffice 1G 2G and 3G are all built on the same platform. What are you having difficulty with? All of the menus are windows based and simple point and click operation. If you have specific questions I would be glad to help out any way I can. Ask me a question and I will do my best to give you an answer.

I've figured a lot of it out such as creating page and hunt groups, assigning speed dials to buttons, etc. Our vendor set up one Line Park button with a special use trunk for incoming calls. Haven't really played with the VM system yet, but we'll need to do that too as I'll need at least one AA with a custom message and a "0" out option.
Vendor keeps telling us there is no way to select a specific trunk for outbound calls or to place a trunk on a button as a traditional line appearance like you would have on a key system. Do you know of a way? They have trunk groups set up with "9" being converted to the various dial access routes (user dials "9", system converts to "6" for example for trunk group 6, etc.)
They also had problems getting incoming calls to ring to stations, so they had to route everything through blind AA groups (Call - To Extension/Group) with no prompts. I think part of the problem there was with the TelCo though and the fact we had the COs appearing at two physical locations a few blocks apart.
One thing I do like though is the AltiView software at the workstations. The AltiServ Admin isn't bad either.
More later.

Depending on whether or not all of your dial codes are being used you could assign the specifice trucnk to a different dial code. Whereas you are using 9 to access outside line you could use 8, 4 or 5 to access the specific trunk assigned. This providing the code is not being used elsewhere such as extension beginning with the number. If the lines are assigned to ring a group then all extensions that have logged into that group should ring.
