I installed a MAX1000 5.1 Altigen at a site. I opened all ports for incomming and outgoing on my server and on my router. (Max1000 server). I cannot get his soft phone on there computer to sync up. All other remote devices work, just not the soft phone. They have a macintosh laptop, which i found out altigen does not support. Does anyone know a work around for this. Thankyou
