Warm soapy water or alcohol, no petroleum based products. I think we had a thread on that, I'll try to find it.
EDIT: to put NO in front of petroleum.

D'Gel is the best thing I have found for cutting pic. You can buy it in 1 Gallon cans if you have a lot of pic to go through.

Don't get all sweaty and lean on the block...it tingles a bit!
