Does anyone know for sure when Inter-Tel will stop supporting Executone products? i.e. No software downloads, no tech support, etc.??

Tech support for Executone products, such as it is, is available from Inter-Tel, who bought Executone in 2000. I don't know when support will end, but I believe there is a regulation that a manufacturer must continue support for seven years after they stop manufacturing a system, and technically Inter-Tel was responsible for manufacturing the Executone brand for at least some months after the sale. I think this means they can't end support until at least 2007. It may even be a year or two after that, because I think they didn't actually end manufacture until at least 2001.
