can any one tell me why the infostar in the ids cabinet will sometimes take two minutes to transfer out to a phone when 00 is pressed after reset it works fine pleasssssse help thank you in advance

Verify that it's only 00 that has the delay - or is it all transfers. If only 00, verify that you have a valid system operator (B screen I think). Change system operator to something else. Do you see port go on hold in IDS C screen then maybe recall? Mike

hello mike the system has this lag but if you press the reset key on the voice mail it will work fine for upto a month then has the same issue again

Do you have a UPS (battery Backup) on the voicemail card?
They do not like power glitches.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
