I'm in the Chicagoland area and we use ATT for our PRI.
We have never been happy with ATT, but our fear is that we move to a different provider and they are worse. And you never know till you sign up.
IS there a better company with solid support to work with?
Cbeyond, paetech, etc.. have all been through here. But don't know enough about their record to switch to them.
I welcome anyone's thoughts on any companies providing pri's.

Locate a broker/consultant with multiple carrier contracts, that way you may obtain an unbiased opinion (hint hint:))
