Occasionally, our Executone/ESI Medley will start ringing all extensions at once. Every phone must be picked up to stop it from ringing, though calling an extension that forwards straight to voice mail will also stop that extension from ringing. The phantom call normally displays as originating from a phone where the user has accidentally hit # and 0 at the same time while trying to make a page. However, it has also shown this from a CO line at least once. Any ideas as to what's going on here, either preventing it or perhaps an easier way to stop it when it occurs?
Also, since the Medley is actually an ESI product, should questions about the KSU be posted in that forum instead? Thanks.

Sounds like there is a hunt group setup, for zero destination.
Check the hunt groups out.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Yes, all affected phones are in dept. 200, which is where the operator forwards to. The issue is, why is it ringing when there is no call? Also, sometimes only half (or so) of the phones ring, and exactly which phones it is differs each time.
