After looking at it again, I'm not sure that it did not do exactly what it was supposed to do. The only thing that makes me think it may have been a goof was the guy tying to get up on the platform and the firemen on scene.

I am thinking it worked fine, excpet someone forgot to test the shut off valve before going live. A 10 second dump would have been pleanty, that looks like it went on for a long time
