Company I use to work for did TekTone intercom systems. They worked good considering they were priced low. Always lacked features compared to the other players, thus the price point.
Never had any experience on their nurse call stuff though, sorry.

I remember of working on one that was installed by a sparky. It was a simple system and the only problem was the install job sparky used bell wire.

Looks like we're installing one so I thought I'd ask. Looks pretty simple and so far I haven't heard anything bad.
