While that's true, however if it's "newly installed" there was probably some hint that it was a 108 cabinet (it's not something that someone would take a guess at). Anyway, I think that we're in agreement that 84 4X8 combo cards support external paging and 108/228 4X8 cards do not. Quick-link - if you're still out there - please solve the mystery for us. What cabinet it is?
Cheers!
Mike

OK guys - Thanks for all your help. It is a 108 cabinet. I did do my homework, ordered a manual & spent the last 3 weeks ruining my eyes. I had both a programming and hardware issue. I used the 12 Sta card (no phones attached) the last pr. is paging. Had to program the right slot for paging. I now have external paging thru an amp.

Again, I really appreciate all your help, its a comfort to see good people in this world we live in!

Can anyone confirm this? Found this in a post from 2004. I have not been able to program a sub-code for the keys on the phones. The post was about a 42 I believe, I do have a 108. It said to press "S" to enter sub-codes. Is this true? I didn't see it in the manual but could have missed it.

To program a subcode, navigate to the appropriate key and press S. Your cursor will move to the subcode field.
Thanks for solving the cabinet mystery. We've been on pins and needles for a week...
