I am looking to replace the company that currently monitors my locations. The price is getting out of hand and they were always difficult to deal with. Always claiming that it was impossible for the mistakes to have happened. I am using garden variety Ademco Vista Systems. Any sggestions would be appreciated. Has anyone had any experience with Alarm Relay out of El Cajon (San Diego) Ca. Thanks!

Their headquarters are in Chicago but they offices in DC, Detroit and LA.

I owned an alarm co. for 20 years, these are the folks I dealt with for my central station services

(ARC is a client for networking, telcom, IT consulting services. Guess who monitors both my homes?)

I realize that this is an old thread that I started. Thanks to all that answered. When my contracts were up for renewal at the beginning of 2009 I replaced the panels with Ademco 20P and some keypads, all smokes, heats, and batteries. Went to Occusoft for the monitoring. With the amortization figuring the substantial savings on the monitoring it is a little over a year.
