I have a newly installed and programmed 108, never saw one before this, I did install & program to this point (with a little help from you guys). Problem is: Can't transfer a call to some phones. This is a small system, 3 CO lines & 9 phones at present. Intentionally, some phones have been programmed with access to outside lines & some don't (this may be a clue). No operator term. & toll restrictions applied. Any takers? Could use some direction on this one.
Thanks

Due to lack of knowledge, what will that accomplish if it works (other that transfers)? What does a UNI key do?
Thanks
