If anyone has the documentation for this, please if possible I'd like to get a copy.
I couldn't find anything on Honeywell's site and have sent tech support an email. I don't know how fast they are to respond.
I'm trying to troubleshoot a remote unit that had their lan card go bad. Took the lan card out of my unit and set it to their ip, but still not talking to the nstar software.

I checked in MY WEB TECH...nothing listed. I woudl try calling Honeywell I think they are 8-7est m-f
800-573-0154 is the security number, noit sure if access control is different
I Swear I did not touch anything
