Recently converted "monitoring" connection from "phone line" to "cable"(IP). No signal being received by monitoring service. Trying to check IP "settings" through DSC control panel (keypad) LCD5500Z and "T-Link". All American Monitoring sent me the settings, but no instructions on how to access the programming "sections" of panel. Searched for actual "programming" (not user) manuals with no success. Any ideas?? :shrug:
