I have a problem with an executone 648 port running eclipse 3.0.0....in the Q and D screen I can only see a Max of 42 agent logged in ..does anyone know how to see the rest of the agents???

What are the option that are loaded?
It depends on the seats you have for ACD.

If all else fails, use a BFH.

From the q d screen I think you either press I for increment or N for next (as in next page).
