Question: is there a way to backup voicemail. This seems like something that would be well documented, but I can't seem to find any information on how to do it, or whether it's even possible to do it.

Is is a voicemail card or a standalone VX? If it's a standalone you can put a tape backup drive on there and back it all up. I think you can do it on the VXC as well but you have to get a parallel port backup. IIRC there is a paralle port on the VXC.

Yeah it's a vxc, I know you have to go in and tell it to look for an additional drive, I think I'm good for now.
