On an IDS 432, I need to enable the user to put many ACD groups into ACD night mode at one time. Does anyone here have a clever way to do this other than programming a key on a phone for each of the ACD groups? Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.

Check the N screen in the main menu. You can switch acd groups to night at scheduled times.
If you can read this, you're in range.

Thanks for the reply. I figured out another way to accomplish what I need. I had always used the ACD night mode in the past, but never the system night mode. I think the two in combination will give me what I need.
