I would like to find out how to set-up voice mail so that it tags the time and date of the person calling. ex: Tuesday, November 21, at 10:30 AM..."Hello this is blah blah blah." Also, can users check voice mail from home by pushing some combination of buttons? Thanks all!

press 5 during playback
When calling in from outside depends if you are using a CCR greeting OR a DVA?(Digital Voice Announcer)
CCR would be the VoiceMail system
DVA would be the telephone system
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

As nonameyet says - press 5 during message playback for time/date stamp.
To check mailbox from outside - call line answered by auto attend and try pressing # key - most systems will respond with "enter mailbox" followed by "enter security code". If this doesn't work, either you're answered by IDS software AA or voicemail-based AA isn't set to most popular standard. Mike
