What are the procedures for editing the existing names in the directory? The last office programmer left with all the manuals/instructions and I'm being pressured to change them asap. Please help.

In the voice mail or the phone system?
Do you have an operator's console with a crt and keyboard?

phone system, don't have the crt & keyboard. need dialing instructions to perform on the operators phone system.
