Look back at the post from Lou "godfather" on December 06, 2011 09:49, he offered you some ITT 400E line cards. Send him a PM (private message) if you want them.
Also, there is a green rotary phone on e-Bay right now for $9.99 (no cord), and Western Electric 400G line cards for $3. If you are patient on eBay you can pick up stuff for small $$ that the collectors don't want (since some items are not "perfect".) You don't need perfect, just working!
Good luck ! -Alan

I don;t think that would work. IP (VOIP) lines are not analog lines. 1A2 eq would not see them. And why would you want to do that??????

Sure, you can use 1A2 (or any analog common battery telephone) on PC-based Asterisk. You need to create an extension list, then send them to a Digium (or clone) T1 card in the PC. Then a T1 span (data patch cord wired for T1) to a channel bank. You can then derive up to 24 analog lines that can be in your dial plan, and can home into the line cards of the 1A2 system. That's the way most of us in C*NET do it. (See www.ckts.info) Adtran 750 and 850 channel banks with FSX cards are plentiful and cheap on the auction places. I bought a new-in-box 750 equipped with 24 FXS ports for one cent plus the cost of shipping.
