Any luck with name and number caller ID with a PRI. If so what line vendor and protocols are being used?

Just number.
With 3.0 software you are suppose to get name and number, but I have not seen it work.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Frank, how are you having that delivered? I mean, what switch type are you set to use in the ctrl-c q screen? and who is the provider? I'll switch my clients...

Provider must supply NI2 protocal for Name and Number delivery. System must be set for it also.

You can get name and number using NI2...if your system supports it. It is often charged by the channel so it can get rather $$$.
I Swear I did not touch anything

In your area, I believe Paetec would support it as a carrier. US Lec does down here and they just merged. Anthonyh is correct, your system must be able to support it. Although I have never heard of it being charged per channel, usually it is a flat charge to enable it. I believe it is a per license charge to the carrierso the per channel charge would make sense.
