Does anybody have an old dealer cd with the sdu(software development updates) for the protege 32. These are the older units labeled digital 616 ksu. They ran the kou software and its many variants.

I thought all the programming on the old protege 32 and 8x24 were all programmed by phone.
Function #* or *# .

I found out I actually have a sprint 32 set... and I did actually get into the programming of the phone. Basically I currently only have one line hooked up.. I can place a call but when someone calls in, the trunk 1 light lights up but I can’t answer it… It says Trunk 1 Busy, and asks if I want to camp it or intrude… neither work.

Would there be some simple correction I could make to the programming? Or is there a way to reset to a failsafe default?
