There is no charge coming from the PSU. Is there a software switch for this? Or is it likely to be a hardware fault?

If so, anyone have a PSU that they can ship to Australia? PM me a quote.

Thanks

Have you checked the inside of the battery case? There is an on/off switch on the inside that needs to be turned on before you can charge it. Also you may want to check the connections between the gell cell batteries while you have the cover off. Sometimes they are not connected together.

Have had our electicians look at it. All seems good. They charged it externally, plugged it back up and ran the PBX off it. Worked fine.
But it doesn't seem to charge when the PBX is running off mains power. There is no charge coming from the points where the battery is plugged in.
