I need to block 411 calls from being dialed on my executone pbx. I'm new to this particular pbx and I'm finding the manual to somewhat obtuse. I've tried copying the blocking that's in effect for 976 and 900 calls to no avail.
Anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks
Kevin

In the Executone PBX they are governed by class of sevice. In the A screen on the right side you will see a day & night class of sevice for each extension. In the W screen is where you program what is allowed or blocked by class of service. If you use LCR use the second screen of the W tables. Need to clarify what Executone PBX you have also for complete detail.
