I have a customer who has some professional recordings he wants to use as ccr greetings. I know there's a way to convert the files to a .vox format...
I have contact with one of the guys who wrote the original software, but we're playing phone tag lately. Can anyone tell me the exact type of .vox file? compression, sampling rate, etc?
Thanks in advance!

We would just play recording, and put handset next to player.
Not the best quality, but it worked.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

UPDATE: There is a way. If anyone is interested in the process, PM me and I'll send instructions once I get them typed up.
