I got a call from a client with a Protege system. Never worked on this one. Needs to set up night service but it looks like I need the admin pwd to do anything. The voicemail sytem LED is in day mode so I guess it isn't doing the auto switching.
Is the database password and system admin password the same thing? I read you can access the system with the default password upon power up in the 1st 30 secs but the default database pwd is six digits and the system admin pwd looks to be only four digits.
Anyway to recover the admin pwd if I need it?
