Hi,
We've just installed a uCMC inskin card and are trying to configure it. I just have a couple of queries...
How are calls transferred to a mailbox?
Do you have to set the mailbox details in a private library or should the card recognise the extension number and transfer it automatically.
We have set the Call Forward feature to the hunt group number for the voicemail system and it hits the card CCR. But we can't get it to go directly to the extensions mailbox.
Any hints?

Check your APDL key def programming make sure pcc is set to csts_pcc.

You will need to send the call back to the APDL and not the hunt group. When you send to the APDL it will recognize what phone the call is for.
