This regarding with my customer meeting had They are
having office in India and out of India with

They wants ip connectivity, I am going to propose Tadiran

FYI I have done voip with same service provider With Tadiran

how to start voip with different service provider?
is sentinal pro is required or not?
Please let me know how can I found the ports or open or closed (allowing voice packets) in firewall??

Are you linking 2 systems, or just a couple of phones of at one of the offices?
Will you be connecting over the Internet or a private network?
All that is required of the ISP, is static IP addresses at the system ends.
A sentinel is required if there will be individual phones signing in from the internet.
Ports are 2427 and 16400 thru 16490.

1, One side would be Tadiran the other side would be FXS
2, If the person is having soft phone in laptop he should access the system from internet
3, May be private network

1. You will need to use Sentinel.

2. Make sure the service provider give you QOS on the lines for telephony, measure the packet loss and verify < 1% in high traffic.

3. Make sure to order adequate bandwidth on both sides.

4. On the PABX side you will need fix public IP address, on the remote site any network will do.
