How can I extend the Flexicall Timer for CFNA to voicemail. That is-- I want to give Flexicall longer to reach cell phone before going straight to phone system voicemail. TIA, mw

Have the customer call the cell phone provider up and have them extend the timer on the cell phone to ring more times before voicemail.

It depends on what version software is in the Coral. The earlier versions did not have a timer but look under ST.T for Flexicall_cf_no_Ans.

you will also have to extend the forward no answer timer if this is on an older version system
