OK, here's a question for a Tadiran Coral from the way back machine!! I'm working on a ver 6.23 Coral II...yes, I know it's ancient! I cannot for the life of me find the timer for how long a call will stay in queue before it overflows to the overflow destination. My announcer works great, but calls will stay in there for about a minute and a half before overflowing. The customer would like this to be a shorter amount of time.

yep...that was our first choice too...there is no overflow timer in the hunt group. Damn...now if I could only get them to move into the 20th century and upgrade to ver 7.35... LOL..I've been trying to move them to ver 14 or 15 with no success for a LOOOOONG time!

Thanks for you help, I really appreciate it. I have the manuals, no luck. I have a call in to Tad tech support, but about the only one left who can even remember ver 6 is George!!

Try the Recall timer.
It is somewhere in Trunk Timers on SFE or in FE.T.

Why use such old version?
An upgrade will bring it to the current millennium

Greetings,

Having problems with the AA in a Sprint Protege SVP-4 and CTX. The incoming call just hangs if nothing is pressed and reenters the loop. If the caller enters 0 for the operator, same thing. If the user enters 1 then it gets forwarded to the operator or attendant. The greeting is sitting in on the 435 DN (not what older CTX manual says to use). I am stumped. Any clues? I have the RMP software. I am familar with Nortel but not this Sprint. Thanks.
