Greetings,
I have a day greeting set as 436 and answers incoming calls. It has our company name, and provides the call with the tree options. If the caller presses 0 or waits it reenters the loop. I cannot find out how to program the tree or how to rerecord the message. If I go into VM admin and enter 436 I get 436 is a wrong number. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Never mind. I was able to get in to the voicemail via Realterm and see the setup. I made the changes to the voicemail and now the caller gets redirected to the attendant.
