SystemisFlexicom-5000 verson is 14.67.51
Fully configured 256 -TS in four Even Shelfs
Reported Problem is calls getting disconnected some time
Please let me understand
the below is what type of problem this has been captured in in Kb0 Port (Mex -Ip)

You have to call tech support when you get a GP error. I would highly suggest getting some training on the system if you plan on continuing taking care of your own system.

Not in 2nd Leval Since some body may be faced such problem so I posted
I dont know how to Encode this problem

Parth,
Tadiran tech support usually are the only ones that can decode the General Protection alarms. You will need to get with them for support on this issue. If you get too many of these alarms, your system can possibly restart itself.

Ask your distributor for an upgrade to the last revision in 14.67, It should be 14.67.87.
Many chances the problem was solved there.

Why not take it on to 14.68? It should be authorized.
