I have a executone ids 108 running eclips 2.0.0 integrated with a infostar vx2 voicemail system.
After a series of power surges as a result of a storm, the voice mail system will not load completely. Which means we can make out going call but no incoming calls.
I need to be able to bypass the VMS so so our receptionist/front desk person can recieve calls.
I've logged into the IOT as as the apprioriate level user, but I can't seem to locate the area to allow me to bypass pass VMS.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

ok. I was able to set some extensions to day ring and I moved the incoming lines from hunt group 36 to hunt group 00.
That seems to get us operational for awhile. Now on to ebay for the part.
