I just got the luxury of resolving some problems on an ICE phone system with a flash voice mail.
Ksu software is K24UT0.G09
Digital Flash is 28 B.
There is an existing extension that MW inticator is flashing and shows two new voice mails in the LCD screen. Going into the mailbox it indicates there are 0 messages. Went into supervisor mode used option 2 / 5 for MSW indicator reset and it won't work. I also power cycled the system. Nothing has worked.
I would appreciate any insight.

Try leaving a voice mail for that extension. Retrieve that same voice mail and then delete it. It might clear the MW indicator.
Are the other MW Ind. working okay?

That is one of the first things I tried.
All other MW seem to be fine.

1. Delete the mailbox. Cycle power then create the mailbox. Make sure your settings concur with the other mailbox's.
2. You may want to backup the phone system side of programming. Cold Start the system. Test the mailbox make sure the light goes on and then off (when a message is deleted) and then send the programming back to the system.

The phone system and/or thevoicemail? I was hoping it wasn't going to be such a drastic measure. Since i haven't done much with Tadiran, are the backups reliable?

What flavor Voicemail is it? On the uCMC you can have multiple mailboxes lighting the MW light. Could that be the case?
