Need to know if the IPX-Office supports CSTA II or III. if it does will it require a license or card?
i know it supports 150 sip phones, but how many wired ports will it support with IPX-500 or IPX-800 cabinets.
also how many time slots are built in the main unit and are more added in the expansion cabinets?

From Tadiran: "Services that may be requested via CoraLINK, and events reported by the Coral system comply with the Computer Supported Telecommunication Application (CSTA) defined by the European Computer Manufacturer’s Association (ECMA) specifications 179 (CSTA Services) and 180 (CSTA Protocol). CSTA incorporates application start-up services defined by CCITT recommendations X.217/X.227 Association Control Service Element (ACSE), and information transfer services defined by X.219/X.229 Remote Operation Service Element (ROSE)"
I THINK this is done on an IPX-Office through the MAP interface.
IPX Office has: The iGC provides 512 time slots for the Coral IPx Office systems.
I assume this is system wide like the 500
For the ipx500 and 800:
The HDC provides 512 time slots for the Coral FlexiCom 400 and Coral IPx 500, 800 systems.
Expansion cabinets work differently on the ipxoffice, 500 and 800 vs the bigger systems like the 3000 and up.

CoralLink on the IPXoffice is handled thru the CUGW and the MAP application. CoralLink requires licensing.
I'll defer to CoralTech on the timeslots.

Is this for integration with your head end for the System 3?

yes it's intergration for system 3 and the ability to manipulate calls. such as auto dialing, setting up conference calls and diverting calls to specific stations which are ringing in hunt groups.

The autodialing and setting up conference calls should be no problem. On diverting calls out of a hunt group to a specific station, I would have to check.

Is it safe to buy used tadiran products? Do you still get the support easily. I am new to this field and looking for not too costly ways to build a system. I was looking for a used tadiran office but someone mentioned that these products are licenced to specific location and are not useful outside the site. Please let me know if this is a true or not?

i bought a used IPX-Office from a company that was trying to become a dealer. they supplied me with the proper passwords and its been fine. However, upgrading the software will require going through a dealer.
