I do agree with Coral Tech that it is not an easy system to get around unless you know where you need to go and what needs to be done. It probably wouldn't take to long if the carrier has there end configured, your end should come up and as long as you have it all configured it should work.

in the trunk group change from default Enblock/Overide. That should do it
