Auto attendant answers call. I dial 216...system says mailbox owners name....MOH....then I get sent back to main greeting. Most times it works or it might go to ext 212. Used digit grabber on VM system and all digits are correct even when it fails. Changed CCB card (F5F20). Changed ATI cards (tone decoders on them?)Looking for any suggestions before changing VM card. System was working for months before getting worse and worse! Any config settings that might have changed? DTMF or flash timers?

It might be a "software" issue and not hardware.
I would try a "Warm-Start" and monitor... If the problem continues try the "Cold Start" method.
There have been a few times when I have had a corrupt database and by resending the downloaded database, after the "Cold Start" you end up sending the corruption back to the system.
The only method I have used to fix a corrupted database, is to manually copy the database screen-by-screen, from one computer to another.
The fort place to look for corruptions in a database is under Username For some reason it appears under that heading first. You might see Greek, Chinese, or weird unknowable characters or even characters that are missing completely.

Thanks Dean! It seemed to be something like that because of all the parts being changed and it happens so intermittently. I'll try that. Cmario
