Is the VM not sending the notification on all sets? Just one set? Is the button programmed correctly?

make sure all your ports are set to vm in the phone system. make sure your ports are all in a vm hunt group. watch the monitor screen on the voice mail and leave a message. see if the port goes off hook and tries to attempt to light the light. if not go into mwi que and delete the info that is listed in there. if that does not work go to your DOS prompt and there is a command to run call fix que. it takes about two seconds to run and will reset the mwi

You are the first tech I have ran into that ever heard of the fix.que file. I'm not even sure King Technologies knows of it... laugh

I was originally trained in Kansas and was with this product for the whole cycle. I even played a role in the marriage of the SVP voice mail and sprint protege. If I can ever help feel free to contact me At [email protected]
